The legal documents (the agreement, the direct-deposit form, and the W-9 tax form) are in English - that is what the law requires and what you will sign. This page explains each one in your language so you know what you are signing.

The English version is what controls if there is ever a question about the terms.

Emergency Restoration pays you as an independent contractor, not an employee. At the end of the year we report what we paid you to the IRS on a form called a 1099. The IRS requires us to collect a form called a W-9 from you first, in English, with your tax ID number.

We pay by direct deposit (ACH) straight to your bank account - no paper checks. We need your bank's routing number and your account number to set this up.

Contact your insurance agent and ask for a Certificate of Insurance (COI) listing Emergency Restoration Inc as an additional insured, using the exact address below. Email it to the address below.

Work cannot be scheduled until we receive your COI.
